They’re currently open for in-restaurant dining five days per week (Tuesday through Saturday) from 11 to 8, and wonderful happy hour specials from 3 to 5.
Darren Byler is a proud member of not only our GM Maui Team island ‘Ohana, but also quite a prestigious ‘Ohana all his own – he and his siblings, along with an in-law, have taken over running operations of the famous Café O’Lei and the Mill House from their parents, who first opened in this setting a quarter century ago. In fact, Darren’s siblings are renowned for their eateries all across the island – and when you come to the Mill House, you will definitely see why. Their express lunch has been a kama’aina favorite for years in Central Maui, and their rotating menu and full wine bar is set within an environment that you’ve got to see to believe – the restaurant is within a fully-functional plantation, complete with a zipline and tram tour to show you all the amazing sights!
